XEROX Phaser 4510 shows splash screen after flashing some code on screen that goes by too fast then goes blank

You need a new LCD unit. Unfortunately Xerox will charge you £350 for and Engineer, part and fix. Buy one yourself for $121 (US dollars) from http://www.sparepartswarehouse.com/Xerox,Printer,Part,802K93650.aspx

You most likely need to replace the control panel, For the 4500, the part number is 802K60111. For the 4510, the part number is 848E17861. Here is a quick video that shows you fastest way to replace this part. All you need is a small flat head screw driver or something similarly shaped. (iteminc.com has these in stock and ships same day)

Xerox Phaser 4510 - While printing it makes a squeaking noise


One of two things. The fuser bearings get noisy in those.
Or there are several small hard plastic rollers on steel shafts or even mounted on springs they they can get very noisy.

Xerox phaser 4510 toner yeald not getting


That yield is based on a 5 % coverage on your printing. That would be a short letter. Any graphics or pages with a large amount of print on them will decrease your yield dramatically.
Here is a link that shows a 5 % coverage page. If your pages have more than than that on average, you will have less Yield. Yep, its not much coverage.

It is constantly jamming when we try to do a duplex print


Since duplex doesn't get used a lot, much dust collects in the duplex unit. Remove it and thoroughly clean it by blowing dust off. Look for scraps of paper that might have settled in there.
