Hi there

Unfold the phone, remove the battery, and leave it open like that near a warm dry area such as close to a radiator (not too close) where it can dry off for a couple of hours. It is possible some water may have gotten inside the device and our aim is to dry it out. It can take a couple of hours.

After 2 hours near a warm area, insert the battery and give it another try. It is usually possible to recover wet phones if dried fully (to get any water off the metal contacts and the circuitry inside.

Best regards

The floor on the passenger side is soaking afte it rains

1: heater core leaks. (green water)
2: A/C condensate tray drain plugged.
3: or its rain water, if rain water, the windshield cracked?

I left my window down for about 7 hours at work and when I tried to put it up it wouldn't go up. It sounds like it wants to but can't

Did it rain? or moist.
sometimes moist will make your window rubbers wet and hard for the motor
to bring it back up. if not try to pull the glass and press the button at the same time.

good luck

> the phone cannot be repaired for the water damage voids your warranty.

Try this:
Soak your phone in Rice for about 24 hours
rice acts like a sponge that drains the moist inside the phone.

and then if the battery is heating I guess.. moist is still inside of it..
For better battery performance purchase a new battery.

Check engine light comes on when it rains and after starting, engine will stop. This doesn't happen often, but when it does, it is usally moist conditions such as rain or snow. Odometer has over 200,000 on...

You need to see what the check engine light is on for. The check engine light can come on for literally 1500 different reasons. something dealing with moist conditions can usually be tune up parts, spark plugs, wires coils etc.

LG KF75 secret moist and doesnt work

1 pull the battery and sim out and dry immediately this normally shorts out or gets hot burning up the battery and the phone also Do Not Plug Phone Into Charger Or Other Cables you are asking for trouble if you do this IT WILL SHORT OUT
2 dry out by leaving all covers off and open the phone up as much as possible
3 you can put it under a hair dryer Be Careful this can damage your phone as well don't get it too hot
and don't blow it into the phone too hard you will only push water around making problems worse in other words a gentle heat is ok don't blast with air. the best method ive found is to place in front of an air conditioner like a window unit these things will pull moisture out like a sponge without the heat in the summer this is the best method I have found and have had some success with.. do not put battery or sim in your phone until it is completely dry that means give it a day or two after trying these methods to just sit then install your sim & battery if it boots. consider yourself the luckiest person in the world water and moister even from sweat if you carry your phone in your pocket kills phones quicker than anything and very few are able to recover from it.
