I want to know how you load your own songs on to your phone so you can use them as ringtones.

it is most definitely easier to get one of the free ringtone maker app for you phone. just know that most are going to limit you to 30 - 45 seconds of the song. good thing about it is that you can choose which portion of the song you want

Well dear, there is no procedure to personalize the desired tones as ur message tone, u can only change the tones that are pre-loaded.
but yes for making a caller ringtone, u have to use Zune software. change the attributes of ur desired ringtone. set the genre of the tone as 'ringtone.' thats all

don't know about your phone because you don't give me the name of your mobile phone but in lot of mobiles ringtone option is in the settings & then audio settings or simply click on the song options there is one option use as a ringtone... prefer your way to set downloaded as a ringtone

Could you tell me if there are any songs in your cell phone.If there are songs in it,you can set it.Find the songs you want to set as ringtones,then choose the option"transmit",and find the option"To the user profile".Just doing these,the setting is finished.

But if there aren't any songs in your cell phone,you may need download some.Then you can set it as the above.

I believe you have to send the song to your phone and store it on a external memory card.The E815 phone doesn't allow you to use songs as ring tones as far as I know.

I've never received ringtones via bluetooth, but I do know Samsung made it ridiculously hard to customize your ringtones on the Rant. The only way I know of to do it, other than going online on the phone and downloading ringtones there, is to use a site like Myxer to send the songs you want directly to your phone.

I used to have a krzr k1 model phone. I know that I had to use a song that was 192 kps or under and in a mp3 format. The music file that you have that you want to use for a ringtone - is it an mp3 file? I know that some phones can only support mp3 files.

to assign a downloaded MP3 Ringtone as the handset Ringtone follow the steps below:

1. From the MP3 side, while in standby mode, press the Menu soft touch key
2. Select My Contents
3. Select Ringers
4. Highlight the MP3 Ringtone, using the navigation keys
5. Press the right soft touch key for Options
6. Select Set As..(2)
7. Select Voice Calls (1)
8. Highlight either With Caller ID (1) or No Caller ID (2), using the navigation keys
9. Press the key to confirm setting the MP3 ringtone as the handset's Ringtone

when you load a song to your phone just go to settings,file manager, music then scroll to use as ringtone and that should work.

Well firstly,..make sure you have downloaded some songs via Bluetooth to the Sd card.
Then select setup.
then go to Ringer alert Style.
Then click edit.
then ringtone line 1,..click on the lil blue/white file folder.
A screen should come up saying select ring tone,..scroll down to more,..and click more
click my audio
click my audio again, scroll down to trans flash,..which is where any bluetooth downloaded ringtones, songs, go too.
select what you want from your downloads, click insert
then click save.

You can also do that for mesages
