The stock 305W power supply guarantees 20 to 25W on the +5VSB rails and 150 to 170W on the 3.3v/5V Rails. Many GTX 750 TI now say (300W PSU that can supply 18 AMPS MIN on the 12v rail aka 216W on the 12v rail.

Many EPS 12v power supplies only guarantee 10 to 15W on the +5VSB and 125 to 130W on the 3.3v Rails.

This means you buy the supply and it may not even turn on. If it does it wont work with the 960 card installed.

Buying a power supply is not a single 12v rail and thats the only thing it uses.

There are many users who should have gotten a corsair RM1000 but instead chose an ATX not EPS 12v power supply at 500 to 750W and they have the Solid Amber Light of *****. EPS12v 2.92 for 750W and up guarantees 150W on the 3.3v rail, 20W on the +5vsb rail and 375W on the 12v Rails minimum.

Hi sandesh8, did you know you can increase the memory size of the onboard AGP card above the 64MB? Page 26 in you're manual. If you install another AGP card into the opened AGP slot, please go to this site & only use the recomended AGP cards in the Asrock list. Click on this link: http://www.asrock.com/mb/vga.asp?Model=P4i45GV%20R5.0&s=478&c=VGA
This is one of very few video cards found on the list with 256MB of video memory.

SOURCE: What graphic card will fit my 741GX-M V1.0 ELITEGROUP MotherBoard?

Your board takes a AGP type video card 4x/8x . Check out your specs at the Elitegroup site then check out Newegg or tigerdirect for your video card.

SOURCE: I have a P5VD2-MX motherboard, currently I have a Geforce 7900GS.

Hi!

Since there is 1 PCI Express x16 slot you can use any PCI Express GPU, like Asus GeForce GTX 260 896MB PhysX CUDA, EVGA GeForce 9800GT 512MB PhysX CUDA, Gainward GeForce 9800GT 512MB PhysX CUDA or whatever you want as long as it is a PCI EPRESS card.

Good luck

I need to know whats the max powwer supply i can apply to this motherboard pls.

What type of motherboard do you have? Usually does not matter the size. Most people get a 500 to 750 watt. But it all matters what your going to have in the pc.

I want to upgrade my graphics card, i currently have a Nvidia Geforce 7300 LE installed, which is 128 mb. Which new grapihic card can i install in my motherboard?

Hello here is the homepage for your mainboard:

http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/P5GCMX1333/#specifications

Your mainboard is using the PCI-E 16 socket.

This is great because all new graphic card has this socket.

I would choose a AMD graphic card, 1 to 2 gb in the 6000 series.

Price is around 100 to 200 dollars.

But some of them will need external power from the power supply
as they need 100 to 200 watts, depending how much money you will spend.

You will maybe also need a new power supply for at least 500 watts.

A local computer dealer or online shop can sell you a great graphic card.

Please uninstall all old nvidia graphic software, before installing the new graphic software.

Good luck

My Dedicated Video Memory Is 64MB. How to i increase dedicated video memory.I Use gigabyte Motherboard

Hello here is the gigabyte homepage:

http://www.gigabyte.com/support-downloads/support-downloads.aspx

The manual can be found by, selecting the mainboard number.

The video memory can be changed in the bios settings, but can probably only be decreased to a lower setting.

I guess the 64 mb, is the max memory setting.

The solution is to add a better graphic card, on the mainboard for better performance.

A graphic card can be bought in a computer shop, or online.

You just have to know, what socket the mainboard has.

There is 2 different ones: AGP or PCI-E slot

Good luck

What graphics cards can i use with it

Hello here is the homepage:

http://www.asrock.com/mb/overview.asp?cat=Download&Model=ALiveNF4G-DVI

The mainboard has 1 x PCI Express x16 slot, for the graphic card.

Almost all new graphic cards, has this socket type.
The old type is AGP, but it does not fit this mainboard.

I recommed to use ATI/AMD HD series.

A big graphic card also needs, a bigger power supply.
At least 500 watts.

Good luck

My motherboard have power but no display on screen

Here is the homepage:

http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/Intel_Socket_775/P5KPLAM/#specifications

I think the power supply maybe malfunctioning or the graphic card.

Look also for bad caps on the mainboard:

12_3_2012_1_35_46_pm.jpg

If you are useing the onboard graphic buy a graphic to add on the mainboard in the 1 x PCIe x16 slot.
Check also the screen/cable for malfunctioning.

Good luck

I have a red light on my abitIN9 32x-max motherboard and I couldn't not figure out the problem.

If you don`t have a manual down load one here:

http://www.abit.com.tw/page/en/motherboard/motherboard_detail.php?pMODEL_NAME=IN9+32X-MAX+Wi-Fi&fMTYPE=LGA775&pPRODINFO=Manual

Here you also find drivers for your product.

The red light fault could be:

Bad or outdated driver for the graphic card, or for the mainboard.
Graphic card failure.
Ram failure.
CPU failure.

My solution is to upgrade all the drivers there is outdated.
If this does not help your mainboard has an internal failure.

Hope this will help you.
