Question about RCA Televison & Video
I have an RCA HD56W66 projection TV, it had a convergence issue and I replaced the FL231 fuse and resoldered the flyback. Now it looks good but has a 'rolling' convergence problem going up the screen. Any ideas? A cap maybe?
It sounds like an Intergrated Circuit (IC) has fried. Even on a good day, this is not something you can attack at home. As a tech (and as an owner of that model samsung), I'd need a map & tools to know what's going on. Your best bet in this situation and let them recommend an authorized service center in your area. but this is a rather serious problem...
