I reccomend you send it in to xerox, as it is under warranty and is clearly a mfg. defect.

Hi Sounds like you need to clear the EEPROM.

EEPROM stands for Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory, It's a long name for a small chip that holds bits of data code that can be rewritten and erased by an electrical charge, one byte at a time. EEPROM data cannot be selectively rewritten; the entire chip must be erased and rewritten to update its contents.

How to Clear the EEPROM:
Error Codes Canon printers MP150 MP160
CANNON Printers MP150/MP160 ERROR CODE

Pls what could be responsible for 10.1000 supply memory error in HP laserjet M1522n

it just means that the printer can't read a tiny eeprom chip on the cartridge. 10.10.00 refers to the black cartridge, and you should be able to continue just by hitting the ok button. it should go away with the next cartridge.

My Kyocera fs-3900dn has the message: call service 0150:0040557. What does it mean?

0150 - Engine PWB EEPROM error. Detecting engine PWB EEPROM communication error.

Solutions:
1. Switch the printer OFF; unplug the power cable; wait 20 seconds; plug in the power cable; switch the power ON, If the error comes back follow the next solutions:
2. Update / Burn the latest firmware version. You may need to call a Kyocera Service Provider because you need a CF card (compact flash memory card) and the FIRMWARE.
3. Replace the Engine PWB (a board) - again you have to call a Kyocera Service Provider.
