Washing machine wont turn on or do anything

Hi
As I understand you, there does not seem to be anything wrong with the belt in spite of the burning smell. have you checked the fuses. Often there are small fuses that distribute the power to different parts of the machines, they are most often situated near or in the control panel. Check that.
good luck

Whirlpool GSQ963ILL0 top load washer. Stopped dead in middle of agitate cycle. I fear I overloaded it. Now just sitting, full of clothes and water, and won't do anything. Any advice?

Hi jim_zervas,

Firstly, unplug the machine. Then first thing to do is remove the clothing, and bucket the water out. Then run the machine again.

Let me know what happens?

Kind Regards
