Alta HR is rain, sweat and splash proof, but not shower or swim proof. If your tracker gets wet or if you sweat in it, remove and completely dry the band before putting it back on. the band can not be removed. If it is under warranty (1 year) they will send a new Fitbit. if not, the bubble can be glued with craxy glue.
