Hi..

If your computer attacked by viruses and didn't work at all, you need to reformat your computer, after you've already done in formatting you need to install all their driver. so that sound and display well ok.

Good luck !!!

How i make a virus which totaly damage my computer

Well, if your using pre-windows 8 Operating System, there is an old fashioned DOS command (s) that when run before windows starts up (with only two lines of DOS code) will routinely proceed to delete your hard drive a file at a time. If done right it will delete your windows directory a file at a time on high speed... and you won\'t have any clue it\'s doing it until its way too late. And no. Anti virus wont get it because it runs as a rootkit and gets loaded long before your software. Will I tell you those two DOS commands? No. I won\'t. Why would you WANT to make a virus? Why would you want to destroy your precious computer system? Well, All i can say is first learn to spell correctly, then know the consiquences (ya I spelled it wrong lol) of making a virus. it\'s called VIRUS or MALWARE for a reason. It uses non standard code that chips off a bit by bit peice of code everytime it runs which results in malfunction. Even of your machine. So take it from someone who knows: Do NOT make a virus or malware. Hope this answered your strange unrelated to fixing laptops question. Final is: DO NOT attempt to create a virus!!!!!! You will more than regret it.

When the computer turns on and I hit the start windows, it goes to an error screen and says to start windows normally or to fix problems. Nothing will start up and I am not sure how to get the computer to...

Either Windows has screwed itself up to the point where it won't boot, or there may be other problems (motherboard, hard drive, virus) that's causing this problem. But it appears that there's a good chance you can still get at the data on your hard drive - I'm assuming you have the hard drive version and not the SSD since you mentioned Windows

I'd take the hard drive out (HP puts its service guide on line, here's the link: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c01683469.pdf ), the restore procedures are also within the guide.

I think these 1000's use 1.8" ZIF drives -- google the drive model # once you have it out, just in case. The easiest way to get it connected to any computer would be to use a external USB enclosure made for 1.8" ZIF drives (try your local stores first, if they ain't got it, then eBay). That's what I"d do with any hard drives that won't boot. You can try and get at the data once it's connected to another computer via USB, and you can run some basic tests on it as well.

Of course ... don't forget to have anti-virus active and running on any computer before you connect a USB drive to it.

My keyboard isnt working> i did the ctrl-alt-del simutaniosly with a restart and still doesnt work.

@jhedlund21

Try the following:

1. Boot into Safe mode (upon boot-up, press F8 simultaneously) and check if your keyboard works there. If it does, a software or virus might be blocking access to your keyboard. Try running a virus scan and disable start-up items, guide here.

2. If the keyboard still won't work, that is a sign that the keyboard is worn out already and needs replacement. If you know your way around the computer, you can get spare parts here and disassembly guide here.

Good luck.

Hi hay783...
Sounds like you may have a virus/trojan/worm/etc...
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
To remove a virus, trojan, worm, etc from your computer...do it the EASY way...let someone else do it for you.
Start your computer, as the computer is starting keep tapping the F8 Key.
This will start the computer in the Safe Mode.
Once in the safe mode go to the following webage below and download, install, and run Microsoft Safety Scanner for FREE.
Once you run the Microsoft Safety Scanner (it may take quite a while depending on the size of your hard drive) it will remove all the virus's,trojans, worms, etc it finds, if it does not completely remove them all you will be given a chance to chat with a Microsoft Professional thru a pop open window and he will take control of your computer (with your permission) and finish removing all the rest of the virus's, trojans, or worms that are on your computer for FREE!! Can't beat FREE!!

Won't let me sign out

You possible have some windows problem which need to restart. Sometimes windows are so invalid that only press on reset button can help. If you don't have reset button you need to press power up button for around 5-6 second. If you have problem with viruses, it can be source of problem too. You will need to go to 'Safe mode with networking' (press F8 after start of computer every 1 second). Download ESET (Nod32) hand antivirus scanner, and try to scan your computer in that safe mode.
Good luck!

My computer is infected with spyware and won't turn on

How do you know that your computer is infected with spyware if it won"t turn on?
The problem that you post can be anything starting from electrical problems to viruses or even a fried cockroach inside the computer case, ask a computer technician to check it out.
