Iphone 5C. Wondering if it is possible for someone to have installed spy software without having the phone being jailbroken? Or, if the phone has been jailbroken, how can I tell?

If your iPhone has been jailbroken you most likely have the cydia app. This alone is not a fool-proof test because it's possible to hide the app or delete it entirely even thought the phone is jailbroken. If you see this app, then you know for sure that it is jailbroken,

The only 99.999% certain way to know that your device is not jailbroken is to re-load the firmware yourself using a DFU reset on the phone and attaching to iTunes so it can download the firmware directly from apple. This wipes everything off the phone, including any software you might not want. The first link will show you exactly how technical this topic really is. Update jailbroken phone*** can a I930 nextel be jail broken to work on the att or tmobile network

No, it can not be jailbroken because:
1. It's not an iPhone or iDevice. The iDevice are the only one to get jailbroken because those are consider "slave device", by using a jailbreak you "free" the phone. Same thing with PS3.
What you is an unlock network code. If there is no unlock utilities for your phone brand, then you can contact either AT&T or T-Mobile to get an unlock code free, or pay a website to get an unlock code.

Can I use multitasking on a jailbroken iPhone 3G?

Welcome to FixYa. Short answer: yes, you can enable some sort of multitasking on a jailbroken iPhone devices, even on an iPhone 3G - however, your hardware won't be able to handle the severe increase in memory usage, making your phone highly unstable. I would advise against trying to use this, your phone simply can't handle it.

Iphone middle button not working

You have 3 options. Replace the phone. Pay to have the phone repaired (or do it yourself), or if your phone is jailbroken, you can install Activator, where you can emulate a home button press with another button (such as holding the volume down button for 2 seconds). If your phone is not jailbroken, you will not be able to do that without fixing the home key. In that case, I would suggest a 3rd party repair place, since they will be cheaper than Apple.
