Contact your service provider to get a master reset code at free of cost....You can also visit http://www.unlock-zone.com/ and can see different options there to get unlock code for a price. if you have forgotten the code, you must get in touch with Motorola support possibly send the phone to a service facility. the default codes are 0000, 00000, 1234, 12345.

With that in mind, my Motorola manual does not specifically include the em30 as being supported by Motorola Phone Tools (PC Suite v5.0.5 - +Update). However, my manual does list the em35.

This may not mean that the em30 is not supported. Truthfully, I just don't know. You can try v.5.0.5 if you like. If it works, please let me know so I can pass the information along to others who have an em30.

[email protected] ....what is the default lock code of motorola L6.. im not talking about the 6 digits code or (000000)... example: when you want to lock the multimedia it requires 4 digit only... I already reset my phone.. (master clear and master reset) it requires the 6 digits code (000000).. I was expecting that the 4 digits code will be returned to default.. I tried (1234), (0000) and (1111 to 9999).. all I know is the default 6 digits code (000000) to reset my phone..
