Hi,
Chances are that your power supply is toast.

Although you could try removing either one of your rams (if you have 2), and unplugging any optional device plugged onto the motherboard (Hard drive, dvd player)

In the worse case, your motherboard could be broken and need to be replaced.

Did anything particular happen before it stopped powering up?

Mera computer dispalay nahin day raha is ka processor ka heat sink bhi garam hota hain lekin raam beep nahin hoti aur who dispalay bhi nahin deta fan kee speed teez ho jati hay pleas is ka koy hall batain

open the cpu cabinet and remove the dust by any means.
next, remove the ram, clean the ram, clean the ram slots and put it back.
also, try drying the cabinet as this may be due to moisture getting absorbed in the cabinet due to being in a less ventilated place.

should solve the issue.

I have pc p4 3.06 intel processor and i hav now DDR1 RAM in my pc can i use ddr2 ram by removing ddr1 ram will my motherboard support ddr2 ram

Sorry but you cannot interchange ddr1 for ddr2. They are different kinds of RAM, and your chipset (865GV) can only accept ddr1. If you want to use ddr2, or even ddr3 then upgrade to a newer motherboard.

Cpu fan noise problem

You should check and make sure the inside of your computer isn't dusty. Dust will wreak havok on fans and shorten their life. Plus it likes to build up between the fan and heatsink which will overheat your processor. Take the fan off and spin it with your fingers. I like to open the little sticker on the bottom and put some 3 in 1 oil to lubricate it. A smooth spinning fan is a happy computer. It also reduces noise that a dirty fan makes. Hope this helps you.

the DDR IS THE RAM , the processor and the ram and a good motherboard work and produce a beep,
remove the processor and the ram, get other working processor and the ram and try on your system, it works troubleshoot the removed processor and ram to find out the bad one and it does not work, your motherboard is dead.
