Nothing at all ? Two possibilities : badly clog of nozzle, problem with head or board. Open case. Dismantle outlet pipe of head cleaning mech. Do Head cleaning procedure. Is there ink out from outlet? If no : badly clog, if yes : problem with head (lost electricity, short circuit, or board damage. Head cleaning is mechanical action, printing is electrical action.

Nozzle check is perfect but the photos print out muddled, seems like to much yellow or green, not true colors. I've had 3 of these same printers, R340, never had this problem. they are usually the best.

Sounds like bad ink. The only other thing that I can suggest is that maybe you should check your settings, and do a page align, as you would when changing the cartridge.

Thank you for contacting Fixya. Does this help? Let us know.

R 340 cartridges have remaining ink but printer

just go to the process of ink cartridge replacement without actually putting in new ink cartridges, sometimes printers make read errors, just make sure ink cartridges are placed properly to position.

Epson R340 ink issue

Purchase some inkjet head cleaner, remove all the carts and using a refilling syringe, gently inject the cleaning solution into the bay where the spikes are for the cartridges. Let it sit with that in to soak over night, and then run several cleaning cycles on it to pull the ink through. The CISS (continuous ink) shouldn't have damaged the heads in anyway. We sell them at work, and have never had one damage the heads, although they can be tempramental sometimes!

Epson stylus photo r340 paper feeder

the friction feed roll might be dirty from paper lint, ink glazed or it might have something stuck in it ( a piece of paper from a jam etc.)
