It's a Jura capresso impressa 8
SOLUTION: Do not open your Jura machine. Try this first:
Try pulling out the tray. Then let it dry out for a day or two. Then when starting it up, while the mechanism is running, try tapping the sides of the machine to get any trapped coffee out of the mechanism. Keep doing this until all the loose coffee comes out. I got several tablespoons of dried coffee grounds out of my machine this way. Also, try unplugging and replugging the device a few times.
All these steps worked for me. I've had these machines for ten years and take good care of them. When my kids use them, they don't pull out the tray after use (especially after lunch when we stop drinking coffee); good old Error 8 shows up in a machine after a couple of years.
A good practice is always pulling out the tray at the end of the day to let the insides dry. It prevents mold from forming in the machine. All the stuck coffee grounds can grow mold over time - in many layers. Drying it out prevents that from happening.
