First, you have to put some music files in memory card using a card reader or using data cable.
Then you need to update media library to see the music files. DO the following:
1. open music player 2. Select Option 3. Click Media Library 4. Again go to option and select Update Library
You will see all your music files in music player.

My 3110c phone's music player isn't working .

Open the music player. Press the left selection button and select Music library. Scroll down to select Update library. This will update the MP3 files to the library. If there is any MP3 file deleted or missing, it will be removed from the list from the music player.

Just select one of the MP3 file in your memory card and open it. It should work with media player. If it works with media player then the problem will be with the music player.

If this happens, go to Settings and select Restore factory settings and it will ask a password. Type 12345, and it will restore the settings to default. Then open the music player and update the library and it should work.

Thank you,

Adding tracks to library

  1. Make sure that your hdd is connected to the power supply with the AC/DC adapter. Launch the Digital Media Manager DMM application on your PC.
  2. Click PREFERENCE to enter the preference menu, click BROWSE to select the folder where you keep all your music files. Click OK and then DONE to get the music into the library.
  3. Click EASY UPDATE at the bottom of the Library/Device view to activate the easy update screen
  4. Click the UPDATE LIBRARY or UPDATE BOTH icon to transfer new content from the music library of your computer to the hdd.
  5. Once the update finish you may click on the removal icon on the task tray to stop and eject the jukebox. When a message saying the USB device can now be safely removed from the system appears click OK.
  6. Unplug the hdd from PC and enjoy your favorite music on the move.
