Do u drain it 1st before u switch it off? If u just keep switching it off and on again there will be more water than usual which will probably slow the spinning down.
Drain the machine
Remove or open the vent at the bottom of the machine
Get a towel and a large baking tray or something similar
Place the towel underneath the vent and the tray to catch the water
Turn the filter slowly until u see water coming out, when the water slows down pull the filter out.
Clean out whatever is in there and replace the filter
With mine when i had the error 2 code, it was money in the filter. Switch machine off I had to get a baking tray and a towel, i pu tthe baking tray under the filter corner, then slowly unscrew the filter (bottom right front of machine) then let water slowy trickle into baking tray and then empty, and repeat until water stops took about 20 mins. Of course you could do it quicker if you want to flood your kitchen. :) Then emptied the filter, then ran spin only until end. worked fine after this.
Check water level switch. may be the small tube that carries water to the switch assembley. Either clogged or air trapped. Pull it re fix it. it should become ok.
Before that fill the m/c with water manually. Switch off power supply to the washer and attempt. ( Safety precaution)
if it fill with water then stops it is the ellement the machine first fills turns the drum then heats up the thermostat cuts in and the it emptys rinses and spins so if it does not get to temp it will stop or continue to wash forever

Unfortunately you will need to have the main board replaced on the unit. Something has happened to the software settings on the main board for that particular cycle/spin speed. The only solution at this point is to replace the entire main board. Hope this helps. Please rate my solution.
