For window xp 2, connect your network, send error report, or you may proceed to your networking to know your network connection, or may be poor signal, if not download & install the latest version google android.

I have some problem with Windows Explorer. I message is display in every 10 second and there is three Option. 1st is Debug, 2nd is Send Error Report 3rd is Don't Send. When I chose the 3rd Opt. computer...

Windows has recorded a "software-error" in your copy of Windows.

If you clicked "send", Windows will send a problem-description to Microsoft,
so that software-engineers can determine the problem, and recommend some way to fix the problem. Sometimes, the analysis of the problem is done by computers at Microsoft,
and you get some "help" in a few seconds.

Try turning your computer off, and restarting it, to see if the problem persists.
