Question about Fisher and Paykel Fisher Paykel Intuitive Eco Washer IWL15
On my Fisher and Paykel Intuitive Top loader, Have checked bias spring, machine is also level. Perhaps shock absorbing mounts have lost elasticity? The blue water tank (reservoir) at the top of the tub, not sure if this is to dampen the shaking of the tub for an out of balance load? How much water is this supposed to have in it? Mine does not appear to have much in it. Not sure if this could be the problem. Would appreciate any assistance anyone can offer.
Thanks John T
The counter balance fluid in the top of the spin bowl may have leaked ,Also don,t use auto set your own water level. If you have your original booklet it will show you how to increase the auto water level.Hope this helps Cheers.

If it doesnt bang and crash around or doesnt seem like there it is out of balance (ie try running with nothing in it) then theres probably and electronic component problem
