Typically, 120 volt incoming hot line is connected to black, white to neutral, ground to green...
Then load has 2 wires + ground ... the white connects to neutral, black connects to load wire, and ground to ground

Pedals operate at a different level then rack units that go in the effects loop.
It needs to go in front of the amp input. Guitar to pedal to amp input.

Use the tape monitor loop. Connect from the TAPE REC output on the receiver to the INPUT on the equalizer and from the OUTPUT on the equalizer to the PLAYBACK input on the receiver. YOU can then switch the equalizer in and out using the TAPE MON switch. I think the Model Seven had two tape loops, so just keep everything on the same loop.

If your Roland BOSS RC-20XL Loop Station will not record or play, there are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

1. Check the power source: Make sure that the Loop Station is properly powered and that the batteries or power supply are providing sufficient power. If using batteries, try replacing them with fresh ones.
2. Check the connections: Ensure that the input and output connections are properly connected and that there are no loose cables. Try using different cables to see if that resolves the issue.
3. Check the settings: Make sure that the Loop Station is set to the correct mode and that the input level is set appropriately. Refer to the user manual for guidance.

I have the same problem with my new expensive system. My installer does not know what the problem is after looking into it and calling the company.

The AM loop antenna needs to connect between the terminals marked as "AM ANT" and "GND" on the rear top right corner of the amp. This is the normal configuration for a loop antenna. The other option(not using a loop antenna) is to connect "GND" with a single insulated wire to a decent earth connection (2 m copper stake hammered into the ground or a water pipe, and a single wire elevated as long and as high as you can. this style of antenna system is not generally used these days, as the transmission power of radio stations has increased greatly over the years so that a small loop antenna will do the job So, most stations should be tunable with just the loop, remember however, that it will be directional. If the loop is in proximity to other electronic gear, it may not perform as well. Keep it as far away from the rest of your gear as you can.
You will generally get no AM stations AT ALL until you have connected the loop to both terminals. Happy to talk to you further about this. Please rate my solution. Cheers

Start at any outside exposed connection of your Sat cables. They get water in them in the bad weather. The "Barrel" F connector then needs changing and dry out the mates. Sloppy installers do not put in "Rain Loops" (a loop below the connection so water runs down to loop to drip instead of runing into the connection), rubber boots, or Silicon protective coatings at the connections. 4 way Diseqc supplied with STB should have caps on the unused ports to keep moisture out. Good luck.

Check for a loose connection where the problem "loop" connects at the tranformer.
Also, swap the "loop" connections to the tranformer. If the problem still persists replace the wire run. Sometimes wire gets damaged internally and visual inspection will not reveal that.
If the problem occurs in the other loop after the swap, then you probably have a bad connection inside the transformer. If that is the case, you won't be able to use that connection as the transformer has no user servicable parts.
Also, if the tranformer in under 5 years old, it's still under warranty.

the problem is with your modem....did you tested the local loop from router to modem....are u getting local loop from one modem till router or not...try first checking local loop from modem to router...
