Sometimes it will not all the streets, especially main streets, unless is zoomed in, try the zoom feature in and out, or three 3 d or 2 d feature.

Zoom and/or lens errors, they're common, and bad news. This is such a common problem that someone has written a blog just addressing this one error. You can read it here - it describes it far more completely than I ever could!

Did you try to zoom out?

When you zoom in, your TV removes some portion from the edges of the picture and shows the rest full-screen.

If you want zooming out instructions, please provide information about your TV's make and model.

push in da lense, it might work

just take out the battery ....charge it ...and put it back....switch off and switch on the camera once....should work fine

I'm not sure if this will work as I have yet to try this for my self. But according to others who have had this problem pulling lens out while camera is off and then restarting camera works. If this does work please notify. Or just tell me what happens when this is done

i just help the zoom to get out with a thin screwdriver and now the "ZOOM ERROR" message disappear, but i have another problem. The camera does not show the target (what to shoot) on the screen. It shows ONLY pictures on card.
I tried everything, but the target i choose does not appear on the screen.

drop it on the floor from a few feet I did this and now mine works

when the lens comes out, gently pull it as far as it will go, wiggle it a bit and it should right itself. just tried it with mine and it's sorted.
