So is there a guick way to take it out
If it doesn't pop out when you lift the latch, your return spring may be stuck, bent, or broken. Try pushing the cartridge in gently, and put the latch down over it. Then try to lift the latch and see if the spring pops the cartridge out.
If that fails, lift the latch and remove the other cartridge. Then, lift the latch on the stuck cartridge and try to gently pull it out. This won't cause any damage unless something is snagged on the cartridge, which is not likely. If you feel a lot of resistance when trying to pull the cartridge out, there is something very wrong, and you shouldn't proceed. Then take it to someone with experience fixing the printer.
