Question about RIM BlackBerry? Curve 8330 Cellular Phone
It has happened 4 times to my 8330 already and it's only been 5 months since I bought it new. I don't drop the phone nor has it ever been wet.
Each time it has happened, the phone was in my pocket while at work. I always have the keyboard locked while in my pocket as well so that I don't dial out any random numbers.
The first few times it took hours to finally begin working again. I'm going to bring it to the store in the morning. This is ridiculous.
On the Blackberry if you have a problem with it malfunctioning, just remove the battery and put it back in after a few seconds and the phone will reboot. This is how you reset most smartphones.
