Blinks 2100. Just rebuilt it. Springs and seals only and now when pressurized fluid pours from the tip without pulling the trigger. Why?

Did you use tephlon tape?

Either the pressure tip or wand are blocked or the valve in the trigger is broken. Remove the high pressure tip and either try another tip or pull the trigger without a tip on the wand to see if you have the same problem. If available, try another pressure gun on the hose.

Yes and no.
Depending on how the lifters and rocker arms sit on the valves, you might be able to apply air pressure to the cylinder to keep the valves closed while taking the springs off. If you take the springs off without pressure the valves can fall into the cylinders.
The seals are under the valve springs.

You need to replace the seals,like little washer seals in hose.Look for them at Lowes ,sears,etc.

There is a rubber o ring in a groove towards bottom of the snap in connector.This seals around the tip as you insert it. It will never seal without it. The ball bearings you mention are only to hold the tip in place. The sealing goes on down in the coupler

The only seals I know of that would cause this are around the spindle assembly. If you have changed these then you may have a problem with the seal retainer, a weak spring or bent spindle. Also make sure there are no metal shavings to hinder the sealing. Sometimes they can be left in the gun during machining process.

THERE SHOULD BE A PRESSURE REGULATOR ON THE PUMP YOU CAN ADJUST FOR MORE PRESSURE THIS COULD BE THE PROBLEM. ONCE YOU PRIME THE UNIT THE REGULATOR SETS ITSELF AND WHEN YOU PULL THE TRIGGER AGAIN THE SEAT AND SPRING MAY BE STAYING OPEN AND NOT LETTING THE UNIT BUILD PRESSURE

Do you plan on doing the repair yourself. I need more info, when you supply water to the pressure washer, pull the trigger to purge air from pump, and start the machine. Do you see water coming out from the bottom of the pump? Do you hear the pump working or is it quiet. If you hear a cycling pattern or hear the pump trying to push the water out but it isn't, then you may have a blockage inside the trigger or the spray tip. If the pump isnt building pressure then you may have a pump problem. A stuck check valve, cracked plunger, bad seal, or could be air bound.

With the water on, to the washer and the unit running. Does the water come out at the same rate before the trigger as at does after the trigger (run test with spray nozzle removed). Its not impossible for unloader valve to be bad but it usually is a dependable component. Make sure the unit has the air purged from it properly before start-up, make sure there are no obstructions before the trigger, then the nozzle. The unloader valve just puts the pump into by-pass until the trigger is depressed.
