Question about Samsung Televison & Video
Sounds like it is definitely a logic board issue, it is very hard to diagnose this type of problem remotely. You say its about two years old, I take it you don't have any type of extended warranty and didn't purchase the TV with an American Express card? The reason I ask about the card is they automatically extend the warranty of electronics to 5 years.
Most likely a logic board issue, as long as you've checked the voltage and it appears normal then there really is not much left besides the logic board or a piece thereof.
