Question about Uniden BC60XLT-1 Handheld Scanner
IT LIGHTS UP, BUT ALL THE FREQ ARE ZEROS WHAT CAN I DO IM NOT FAMILLIAR WITH SCANNERS AND I PICKED IT UP AT A PAWN SHOP. COULD IT BE BROKE.
You have to program the freqs into the scanner find a manual online that tells you how to do it
