Check the warranty clauses for battery replacement under warranty
Take it back for a warranty exchange as it may not be the battery at all but an internal fault

I bought this phone at Walmart under the straight talk plan. It worked fine but three months later, it doesn't hold a charge any more. Can I get my money back?

Hi Connie:
I recall that they are really good about warranty for defective products.
My suggestion would be to contact the customer service representative at the store where you bought the unit. A friendly "consumer oriented" approach on your part will hopefully get a reasonable response.
Best of luck.

I bought a Samsung galaxy 4 used cell phone. I want to switch to straight talk "bring your own phone plan". Is there a possibility that the phone could be locked, and if so what cam I do about it.

you will have to have it flashed because straight talk will not activate s4 from Verizon I have tried myself bought the kit and wasted money. The kits are no refundable

I have a straignt talk phone. I purchase a straight talk card for minutes that cost me 30.00 each month. two cards I have purchase did not except. I want my money back. Please help. Thanks.

If you bought them at a retail location like Walmart or BestBuy, I would take the cards and phone to the returns/customer service counter to ask them if they can identify the problem. If they are unable to figure it out, they may be able to give you a refund.

I just bought a nook hg+ & I want to know what I need to get to be able to have WiFi through straight talk. I have my phone through them. Also is it unlimited like the phones or will it shut off like other...

Officially, your Straight Talk Wireless Unlimited plan does not allow tethering. (That is using your phone directly as a modem and wi-fi router for another device.) You will need to purchase a Straight Talk mobile hotspot device (like this: http://www.walmart.com/ip/Straight-Talk-WiFi-Mobile-HotSpot-3G/30824075 ) and a Straight Talk hotspot plan. The Straight Talk hotspot plans are not unlimited. (There are 30 day 1GB or 2 GB plans and 60 day plans that allow you to use 4-7 GB.) See http://www.straighttalk.com/wps/portal/terms%20and%20conditions/!ut/p/b1/fZDJkqJAAES_xQ_QWiiK8sgqMIBMsVoXwg0abEDFbpGvbzpiLnPozltGvkPGAwLsiISoQphEQA5Et_-sq_2j7rv9-3cXtDCg60t_VRtLDpahYzlbdy1LWLUoyEBuH4fRGPzKMA1-w_yN6zt-s-PBF16ATa3fjL4loWXw0U1XgzOMzQYiDWWEiDPe3j7qxzI87lNpEqfxRMjYl5qZH96udPKq4kKHtgz6tKT1eNezbnP06-j5nt9eob4eumXGu9Krol3dDKE2jUXZa-ZZNsZqsQC7-bxSaMxLnHQ-7yYWgyoja079BENEQQxySIqoeV2d6TLxBo5eHKd-YKI_6IK2UWNHwcF8Ro8Nig3hwmbejJPjK8kzTobRD-zwlPJEU7X7Gus6cIGoD-3qeWxXcCVjqGDGGGKIypSBTJtlif99cluZfYa2Hm2UABKo_A5sLfwPgD9EhSCw-_YMWnGX7_Jn5CzVxRfzNhgu/dl4/d5/L2dBISEvZ0FBIS9nQSEh/?urile=wcm%3Apath%3A%2Fstraighttalk%2Ffooter%2Fterms%20and%20conditions for the restrictions of the plans.

I hope this helps.

(You can also use the Nook HD+ anywhere there is a public Wi-fi service (Starbucks, libraries) or a private wi-fi network with permission. You do need to be wary of the security threats on these networks (malware, password trapping, etc.))

its just 3 things.

2: charge regulator on the device.
3: power pack

so its not battery, now its #2 or #3

seen the regulator is toasted
very common
why not buy as used spark same device, and mix part to get good
or ditch it and upgrade,

If you plugged power cable, and Power button on monitor is not working, something's wrong with the eletronics. Go for a refund.
