Question about Krups XP2070 10 cup Coffee Maker/15 bar Pump Espresso
If measuring for resistance across the power cord reveals open circuit, it's most likely the transformer inside has gone defective. (I would expect under 100 ohms). It may have a micro thermal fuse hidden under the paper wrapping that can be replaced. The standard shop repair (If it's the transformer) is to just replace the transformer.
