Hello. I have tried several things to try and fix this. I had an electrical burn smell coming from the main control board so I started there and replaced it. It did not solve the problem. I realized the evaporator fan was not running so I ordered that and a defrost thermostat. I replaced the thermostat first and the fan came on quick and then stopped. not sure what to try next. any suggestions?
I am not sure if this will help, but have you tried just adjusting the temperatures in the fridge? I know that sounds so simple, but it might make the difference. Maybe there is a problem with the defrost system in your fridge, or maybe a part just needs to be replaced. Hope you get it figured out!

It's weird that replacing the thermostat didn't fix the problem. That's what I would have suggested. My appliance is having the opposite problem; the refrigerator is really cold and the freezer is warm. I assumed that it needed a new thermostat, so I'm going to call an appliance repair service to see if they can fix it.
