Question about Mitsubishi WD-52525 52" Rear Projection HDTV
Generally early lamp failures are caused by poor air cooling. Check AND CLEAN (!) any filters and assure that any fans are working correctly and not overloaded with dirt. Also, is the unit in an area of dirt contamination and/or higher temps? Also, power outages will definitely shorted lamp life due to insufficient cooling when the lamp is suddenly switched off.
