Cadco unnox 350 stopped heating and fan not turning

It looks like the controller board is shot. Get on the web with Cadco and request a complete parts list for the controller circuits. Meanwhile, pull the cover off the stove controls and blow in clean, dry compressed air over the circuit boards. Chances are you have a short or two in the circuitry!

It is either the thermal fuse or the relay I have the same problem- now I am trying to figure out how to install the new parts-I have both because the whole oven has to come out to fix it

make sure you have selected convect bake, otherwise remove oven from wall to acces the back and test voltage at the fan, most likely the fan is bad, if you use conv. bake alot

If this is a self-cleaning model it is possible that the movement of the mechanical parts are at fault. Toward the back you should be able to find the motor and drive rod. Check these first and yes, there could be a loose or faulty fan motor.

How long is the sound there ?

slide on connectors would be the most likely, however occasionally you may find screw terminals or soldered joints - see if you can post us a photo and we could hopefully be sure you could also merely cut the wires next to the connectors, making sure the bare ends are properly insulated in case someone turns the broiler on at a later date by accident.
