David,

go back to your original question and post this info in the comments. Stephen will get a notification as to your comments and will hopefully assist you further. Posting a new question leaves out the previous details and makes it harder to follow the diagnostic sequence.

I’m happy to assist further over the phone at https://www.6ya.com/expert/jeremy_d728a59f986299fa

How do u check spark plugs on a 2p03 ford taurus

Pull the spark plugs out and check that they are not burned , also check the gap..and if your car has close to 100k miles just replace them all.. one at the time so you don't put the cables in the wrong order.

2001 ford laser runs rough and sometimes stalls when starting cold

You must check the spark plugs gap and also the spark plug wires or coil on plug boots for cracks if all well look at the vacuum lines if ok the idle air control valve maybe very old or a dead spot in the throttle position sensor you must be in another country I'm in the USA and don't have a listing for a laser so I'm trying to guess what the ignition system is that's why I mentioned both above out of gap plugs is the first check here then go further good luck stephen

here's another Stephen to help you the first one is correct and after you do these things suggested by Stephen also since you have a volt meter check your cables first then go to the starter and see if you have voltage going in if you do the solenoid on the starter has gone to the great fried starter heaven in the sky change the starter motor

2002 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee Larado

Check out all info on Edmunds.com There should be a detailed list if you wanna go by the book. If youre wanting to keep it simple just do the major items

Replace trans fluid and filter
Have gear oil checked in rear-end and transfer case
oil change (preferred synthetic and performance filter)
air filter (high performace)
spark plugs and wires
have ball joints and u-joints checked and entire undercarriage greased
change all o2 sensors (helps with mpg)

That should be penty good enough for another 20k miles before major check up. Stephen
