The only things that will cause a coil to ice are airflow problems or an undercharge of refrigerant if the filter and the blower assembly are clean and the blower is operating correctly, the leak must be found repaired and the system recharged to correct capacity

When set in smart mode it runs continuously and the core ices up this results in the filter not being able to be removed. water then runs all over the floor. This also happens in normal mode Very li

Ice builds up for two basic reasons:
  1. Impeded air flow. This causes the dehumidifier to run constantly as the humistat never reaches it setpoint as there is limited or no airflow over the coils. Even with a filter, the cooling coils can become clogged and render airflow restricted or non-existent. Check and correct as necessary.
  2. A low refrigerant charge. Systems can leak over time and become low on charge. This causes extended period of running and the resultant freeze-up. If the coils and filter are clean, have the system checked for proper charge of refrigerant.

The washing machine smells like rotten eggs on the rinse cycle. The clothes also smell afterwards as well. What can I do to resolve this?

Rotten egg stench is caused by sulphur content in the water or building up over time in your water heater. It can also build in a water system that is rarely run. Have you noticed this smell from other taps in your house? There are inline charcoal filters that can remove it from the water, or you can also try removing the water lines from the washer and running them awhile.

Is this new, or has it been happening for awhile?

Hello--toy will start and run fine for awhile and

I would do a visual inspection around the top of the engine for vacuum lines that look deteriorated of broken. Also check the hose from the air cleaner box where it conects to the motor. Had one recently where the underside of it was cracked and air coming in there is after sensors and makes the car too lean robbing power and making idle rough. If this helps please reply and good luck

Area around freezer door is very hot to the touch. ice maker works, but after awhile the ice will melt. freezer is freezing.

HI, That area being hot is a sign the refigerator is not cooling properly. We need to pin point the cooling problem.
First, are you noticing any frost build up inside the rear freezer panel?
Are the fans and the compressor running?
Please let me know so I can assist you through this.
