The 2gb card is an SD card and is (according to the C330 manual) compatible with your camera...
Try a couple of troubleshooting steps to determine if it is your card or your camera:

  1. Try another card in the camera.
  2. Try formatting card in computer first.
If the other card works in the camera, the problem is with the card. Try formatting it (fat32) in a computer and try it in the camera again.

If the other card does not work in the camera, the problem is with the camera and you should call Kodak for service.

Where to install memory card

Depending on your model of Blackberry the memory card will either fit in a slot on the side of your phone (under a cover) or if you remove the battery you will see a slot for the card. The full size adapter is so that you can read the card in a standard memory card reader plugged into your PC.

My camera won't accept new 2GB SD card. Keep

Do you have pics on the internal memory? You must format the internal memory with no card in the camera. Then, format the card.

Cant take a pic says card is full

If this is a brand new memory card, the two things to do/check are:
- Make sure the camera supports 2GB of memory (manual should say that)
- Format the memory card - the manual should give detailed instructions of how to navigate through the menu and perform a format on the memory card

Camera saying memory full to a brand new memory card.

You may have a defective memory card. Have you tried it in a different device? Do you have a card reader on your printer or computer? If so, try inserting the card and see if your computer can read the card, and write files to the card.

SanDisk Memory Card

If ur card is over 2GB, the memory card reader may have a max memory size limit. if it does it is probably 2GB. Check the specs or try a smaller size card to test.

Micro card

When I bought the phone I wanted to use a bigger Memory card. I was told it will only recognize 2gb. The booklet that comes with phone says the same thing, so would assume that is why it says full. Assuming of course youre trying to use more than 2gb at the moment.
