Question about Kenmore 16602 / 16604 / 16609 Built-in Dishwasher
Hi, The most common noise in the wash cycle is the agitator not working properly. While the washer is going, raise the lid and notice if the top half of the agitator is working. If it is not moving, you will need to change the dog kit inside the agitator. The other noise I hear most is the coupler slipping on the shaft of the motor. If the coupler is bad, the washer will not spin the clothes dry either.
Please let me kow if this helps you or if I can assist you further.
