If the printer is a USB connection you can buy a USB switch that will be hooked up to both computers. The only issue is that you will have to switch on/off which computer you are printing from. Another way is to setup a local network and have the printer on one of the computers. This way the printer will be shared on the network by all computers. Hope this is a start in solving your problem.
