My RCA D52W20 52 in rear projection HDTV is having a problem powering up. When you turn the power button on it cyles on and then off. Once you do this three times then it will finally come on fully. Any suggestions for what could be causing this?

Bad capacitors. replace CP150, cp 120 and CP114 that should take care of it. You can get the capacitors at the folowing link.
