Question about Siemens /ITE 100Amp 2-pole molded circuit breaker
After upgrading circuit breaker panel 4 months ago:
- The new Siemens Main Breaker 125 Amp gets warm and trips ocassionally (for the past 6 weeks).
- But all the other house circuit breakers Do Not trip.
- Outside meter box checked by electrical company: no problems.
How come only the Main Breaker is tripping?
Check amp draw, make sure service calculation was completed correctly, check line side and load side connection of main breaker

Sounds like a loose connection ,or possibly a weak main breaker.
