No power MY TV LOST POWER AND WILL NOT COME BACK ON. THERE IS NO SENSOR LIGHT EITHER. JUST DIED.

The screen is not working anymore on the TV and the TV has now has died and quit working too.Or it could also be that the power supply is bad for the TV.

Check your fuses, your main power source has failed somewhere. Sounds like it is grounding out. Retake your foot steps and see where you hooked up all your wires. Also check your fuel pump pressure and check your spark. Make sure it is strong. For you to have lost all power, I would check all my fusible links all the way to the starter.

The first thing id check the crankshaft sensor .. if it dies but starts back up afyer sitting forcsecond then thiscis mostvlikely u problem

Have you run a fault code test with a code reader?

My Chilton book doesn't have a lot on vehicle specific emission controls. What I did find is this. Apparently the "loss if power light" will turn on if the temp sensor wire has been removed and then reattached. Have you recently done work at the thermostat? The temp sensor is mounted on the thermostat housing. To turn the "loss of power light" off, disconnect the positive battery terminal and then re-attach it. No waiting. Start the engine and then shut it off. After that turn the key ON and OFF several times to clear any fault codes in the computer. This may help because stored codes make the computer think the problem still exists and it reacts accordingly. Hope this helps.

Ther are no resets the blinking light is the code for the tech to diagnose the issue. Most likely you have lost a circuit board, the most common is the power supply. There are a lot of bad capacitors in these sets and when they die they take the tv with them. Check your manual for the trouble shooting and see if you can tell by the blinking pattern of the lights what the issue might be. The other only hope is to unplug the set for at least an hour and then plug back in and turn on. This sometimes clears a bad code or reading. If not then the set needs service.

sounds like a wiring problem to me.

Can you give me the model number? If this is a projection monitor, it sounds like the ballast for the lamp is dying. Not fatal, but probably in the range of $200 to fix at the local service depot.
