Question about Kodak EASYSHARE 5100 All-In-One Printer
This is a Printhead Error and cant be resolve, call kodak and they will gonna replaced your Printhead.

The solution from the support line provides no result! I too have had this error on my ESP7 printer and when I removed the print head found ink on the bottom side. After cleaning this off of the print head I returned it to the printer and ran the calibration which prompts you automatincally, and the problem goes away. I print a fairly large volume as I use this printer daily so this fix lasts for about 2-3 months for me and I have performed this 3 times to date with positive results each time.
I have contacted Kodak support and shared this with them and they wanted to send a replacement print head at my cost... I don't think so... and the repeated cleaning they ask you to perform simply will use up more ink again at your cost... As a point of reference I have 30 years in the computer systems area with some printer knowledge from bench level repair at a Mfg some years back as well as some design experience so have suggested Kodak provide a fix to keep the print head from getting contaminated from this ink, no response yet from them...
