Remove the float bowl and clear the debree out along with any gasoline and water in the bowl, try this first before removing the carb and doing a completely disassembly and cleaning.

'06 toyota corolla loses power while driving

The power steering works off the engine, so if engine not running, no power steering. It sounds like to me that a good place to start would be the fuel filter. If the fuel filter is plugged, it may allow enough fuel to go through to run the vehicle for a few minutes but not allow enough through to sustain continued operation. The fuel pump is also a consideration.

John Deere troubleshooting

Fuel starvation: Plugged filter or needle valve in the carb. The fuel is not getting to the carb fast enough to keep the float bowl filled.

2003 john deere x465, runs rough, replace fuel filter, check spark plugs one plug light tan in color and very hot to the touch after warm up other plug electrode white, almost appears new both plugs...

carb is a good place to start but if pops thru intake you need to do a compression check if you have the means this is the easiest find out or at least make sure it does not have bent or burnt valves but the most common problem for the one you described is the carb.

2001 john deere saber briggs moter smell gas in oil

If you're using ethanol-blended fuel, the ethanol will eat away at the neoprene parts inside the Briggs carb.Going to need a carb rebuild.
Don't run your engine until it's fixed or you could damage it as gas will pour into the crankcase, causing the oil to thin and lose its lubricating ability.

John Deere 105a series

Take the muffler off and clean the gunk out of the hole going to the motor and i would soak the muffler in some carb cleaner overnight, let it dry and shake out the gunk. Put it back on and i'm certain it'll fix the problem.

Runs rough and dies at low rpms

This can be a number of things but you can try process of elimination.

It could be:
1. Bad spark plugs, wires or rotor
2. Fuel pump ,not getting enough fuel, check and replace fuel filter
3. Not getting enough air, check filter or clog
4. Try getting a fuel injection cleaning.

Without seeing it or hands on it could be a number of things.

try checking those to start to narrow it down. And it always could be something else as well such as timing etc..
