Question about Hayward SAND FILTER, PRO SERIES
Your filter is not set in to filter mode handle on top has a sprocket wheel under it, this is is not seated right try moving handle to different positions and see if this helps otherwise you have to remove handle to get to sprocket wheel and check if its damaged there are teeth on it see if any are broke hope it helps
