Code for remote control

was the tv function working before or not as sometimes the controll will only work certain tv if it did work before is it a controll that can be programmed to work different appliances or not let me know and if you need the code for the remote i will try and get them for you post back and let me know the make and model of ctrl and make and model of the telly you want to programme the controll for ...............................

hi i got the code set and everything is fine i have tv that is magnvox so im trying to get the brighten setting which im in there but it not letting me press + or - to set the brighten or color or tint etc i have 3 in 1 remote 15-2147
