I had the same problem with a phone I had of the same model. I sent it in numerous times and it continued, so I got a new one, and 2 months late I had the same problem. My advice is to go with a different phone. Kyocera is not a very popular brand because of the many problems they have with their electronics. I've done lots of research on that model phone and have found very few satisfied customers. Cheaper in the long run to just get a different phone.
