I can't seem to get my computer to boot up to win xp after installing the latest driver for my matrox millineum g550 display card. The computer keeps restarting. The card works with win 2000 and win98se as I have all pull out drives so I can change from one OS to the next. I have an Asus a7v333 MB and an Athlon 1800xp processor. Any suggestions.

- Sorry, but tried this and it did not work. Today I installed SP3 for WinXP hoping that would fix it, but unfortunately the same problem still exists when I try it with either the latest driver from Matrox, or the Microsoft certified version.
try pressing f8 before you see the win xp logo with the scrolling green bar. Select Safe-Mode and press the enter key. This will bring you into safe-mode. If you can boot into safe mode then try going to the device manager and uninstalling the drivers. After that reboot and let windows use the default graphics card drivers. Then go to the manufacturer website and download the latest drivers.
