Question about HP Computers & Internet
There should be a key on your laptop that enables NUMLOCK.
Some of the keys on the keyboard, on the right upper side, should also have numbers on them. When numlock is enabled, you can use the ALT code using these numbers, and it should work.
If not, please post back here and I'll find another solution for you.
