Low sound from my i phone

your audio setting on your phone is being transmitted to your radio clear your settings on your phone. settings like EQ, turn it off if its on.

Ifthe volume level is normal using headphones, so clean the speaker side gently with a toothbrush. At times some dust could clog the little holes.

It transmits, but no receive, are you sure, have you tried playing around with the volume control?

If, so did that make any crackling noise? If so, then this is due to lack of use of the volume control, many radios, including the old transistors with dials, would make crackling sounds when you adjusted the volume, and as I say, this is due to lack of use, So if this is the case and to get your receiving, turn the volume control up & down fully for a few minutes and while doing so your radio might receive a transmission that will be loud, quiet, loud, quiet, etc., as you play with the knob.

Keep doing so until all crackling has disapeared.

Do this often as possible when firing up your radio for the day, the more use these controls get, the better.

As you have mentioned that you have done all the settings, now there are only 2 possibilities :
1. Phone does not have an option for the loud alarm
2. It could be the problem with the phone..

I cannot confirm the exact solution since the model number is not mentioned.

Kindly take the Handset to the Service centre or the Phone showroom to check for the Alarm tone option..

Probably, the phone's radio might be off? depending on your phone, it would be in options and maybe in the network tab... which you would have to enable to ON. Alternatively, If not, it might be in OFF mode in the profiles, you know like vibrate, loud, quiet, etc...change your profile to maybe quiet or loud if not already that. Thirdly, it might be set to flight mode too, where it turns your cellphone's radio off but leaves all other functions working, so as not to interfere with the plane's radar and other radio frequencies? if there's an X where the reception should be, definetely means your phone is not recieving or transmitting data, and should be easily fixable without having to call a support center unless you've done those three steps with no improvements.

here's a little trick you can try to find your phone.take a radio and put it up to the mouth piece of one of your other phones and turn it up loud. but not too loud. this phone should be on talk mode.walk thru each room of your house when it's quiet, and listen for the radio. if the phone is off the hook, you should hear the radio enough to find the phone.
