Hi, The H4 means the copier (fuser) does not reach a specified temperature within a given time.
This could be a bad or dirty thermistor or a bad heater lamp or a bad control board or AC supply.
The first thing to do is reset. To do this enter service mode by pressing the following keys one after the other (make sure you are in copy mode) "P" "interrupt" "C" "interrupt" then enter 14 and execute the reset. then press the C/A (Clear All) button to exit.
If problem persists you should then have a service tech take a look at it. Hope that helps... Lbcoaster
