If they have "fixed" it then you are going to need to check your end of the line. Are the video cables you are using in good shape? Are they hooked up correctly and snug into the ports of the 360 and the television set? Do you have a surround system that the audio is going into or is it all going to the television?

My xbox 360 has sound but no picture wat is the problem

Check the audio video cables first. This could be caused by loose or incorrectly plugged in cables. If the cables are all plugged in firmly and correctly then the Xbox 360 has gotten a broken connection to the graphics chip. The Console will need to be professionally repaired unfortunately. If you are out of warranty or don't want to give Microsoft anymore $$ GATpro Repair Shop could help you.

Xbox 360 video failure, new AV cable does not work help plzzz

do you still have a warranty? if you do send it to micro soft theyll fix it if you dont, you would need to open it and take 5 pennys and wrap them in electric tape *the black rubbery kind* then take off the white duct thing thats right by the fans and find a chip that says ANA or HANA and place the pennys on that and see if it fixs it and if it doesnt then you will need to do the x-clamp fix you will see how to do it in this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TAhI8KYz0rc hope it helps!!!

Perfect audio,no picture

I see this in my store all the time. The Red Ring of Death fix will fix your problem temporarily (meaning anywhere from 1 hour to a couple months), but temporary is the only thing you will get. The best thing to do is save up for a new one.

A. You have the wrong inputs on your audio and video, do you know anyone who may've tampered with that? IE older brother, dad, etc.

B. Your 360 has the dark screen malfunction, but if that was the case, you should be able to hear audio.

I had the same thing happen with my SR705. I ended up hooking the video to the tv and leaving the audio to the receiver. Haven't had trouble since

suddenly while you are playing you get two quadrants of the ROL (Ring of Light) around the power button of you Xbox 360 console flashing red, this is an indicator that your Xbox 360 console is overheating some how.

That will be due to one of the following reasons:
  1. You set your Xbox 360 console near to any heat source or electrical device.
  2. Your xbox 360 console is not set in a well ventilated area.
  3. There is something blocking the fan openings on your Xbox 360 console.
  4. You are using the Xbox 360 external fan, and basically that's a third party accessory so it sometimes harm the Xbox 360 console.
So, try eliminating all these reasons & if you are still experiencing the same behaviour then you have to contact Xbox 360 customer support to exchange your console or even to get it repaired.
