One of the first things to check is the threading. Usually, broken thread is attributable to incorrect threading. Remove all the thread, RAISE the PRESSER FOOT, and re-thread from the beginning. (I just experienced this with my machine yesterday--somehow, the thread jumped off the take-up lever and it was breaking thread every time.) Another thing to do is install a brand-new needle making sure it is installed facing the correct direction. Other problems could be tension set too tight, but that usually occurs after a few stitches are taken, or there is a knick somewhere in the bobbin area that could be catching the thread.

Is the needle in the holder the correct way ( groove in the needle facing the thread )
Is the needle eye the correct size for the thread in use
remove it from auto tension setting and adjust it your self
make sure that the top thread is between the tension plates and not around the thread behind the plates
the thread tension is close to correct when you need a bit of a pull to pull it along to the needle
is the method of threading to the needle correct as any areas where the thread reverses direction will cause it to break
what do mean that the bobbin is constantly breaking or is it the bobbin thread that is breaking
have you got the thread down the case slot and under the flat spring correctly
the bobbin has to be inserted into the case in such a manner that when the thread is pulled , it flows down the slot freely as the bobbin turns
if the direction is wrong , the thread has to move across the sharp edge of the slot and will cut easily
