SOURCE: Front loader f02 code

Check the entire length of the drain hose as well. This is from the bottom of the wash tub, to where it connects to the drain pump, to where it exits the washer to the standpipe. The two error codes can be directly related to each other. "F02" usually indicates a clog or failure of the drainage system. "Sud" can be caused from using too much, or improper detergent. It can also be caused when the drain pump is not functioning properly and is pumping air. If you have tried the "Rinse & Spin" option to clear the error, and you have verified all of your drainage system and still have a problem. It is recommended that you replace the drain pump. It may be running, but the impeller may be damaged and it is not pumping water properly. The following links may be of assistance to you:

SOURCE: Lost my diamond wedding ring in washer. Where

it could get caught in the water pump or between the water pump and hose outlet, it could be caught between the agitator and the washing machine tub or it could be in the **** Trap in the wall, since it's heavier than water it would be the most likely place. and if not there then the over fill tub on the sides.

SOURCE: Won't drain

"F02" is a Long Drain error code. This indicates that you have an obstruction in the drainage system, as you well know by now. The following link explains:

http://www.fixya.com/support/r615268-f02_error_code_whirlpool_duet_kenmore

I enclosed this information just in case you may have missed somethins. Included is a follow-on link that explains how to check the drain pump to clean. You may also have to remove the inlet hose that runs from the bottom of the wash tub to the inlet side of the drain pump. Debris can commonly clog in this area as well causing the drain cycle to fail. Also, check the connector plug on the pump to ensure it is making contact. It can come loose from vibration.

If you have any questions about this repair, or need additional assistance, please let me know. I hope this helps you.

NOTE: If these preliminary measures do not correct your problem, you may have to replace the drain pump. It does not take much to damage the pump impeller or motor. Since the error code is generated if the drain cycle exceeds 8 minutes, if the pump is damaged and can't pump at the required volume, the error code will continue to appear until the pump is replaced. In addition, the "SUD" error can occur in conjunction with a drain pump failure as this error occurs when too much air is sensed in the drainage system.

SOURCE: F02 code and SUD on occasion

If you check the drain pump reservoir and still experience problems, you may have a pump with a damaged motor/impeller, or something lodged in one of the drain lines. In particular, the drain line that runs from the bottom of the wash tub to the inlet side of the pump.

I recommend you remove the inlet hose, as well, and inspect for clogs. In is common for small garments to become lodged in this area and restrict water flow to the drain pump. Check the output drain line for obstructions as well. When you open the pump reservoir, check the impeller to ensure all the blades are still intact.

It does not take much to damage these small drain pumps. The error code is generated if the drain cycle exceeds 8 minutes. So...if the impeller or motor become damaged, and the pump does not pull water at the correct volume, you may still experience the drain error. In this case, you will have to replace the pump in order to get the error to clear. The following link explains how:

I START TO WASH AND A SUD APEARS AFTER 4 TO 6 MINUTES IT STARTS TO WASH THE WATER POURS INTO THE MACHINE AND IN A MINUTE AFTER IT STARTST IT STOPS ALL THE LIGHTS GO OUT AND A CODE F35 FLASHES CONSTANTLY...

The SUD display could mean several things. A faulty drain pump, excessive detergent, excessive suds, or an extra heavy load.
Open the front bottom panel and clean the drain pump filter of foreign objects. Also check the drain hose and make sure it is not clogged or kinked.
If too much detergent was used, run the unit thru a rinse/spin cycle then a normal cycle without adding any detergent.
Check the wire harness connections to the drain pump, pressure switch, and control board

I have a kenmore HE5t code SUD and F35 keep coming up. i opened front bottom cover and cleaned out trap. tried running a clean cycle and code SUD came up again and the the F35 what could it be now???

Hi

Thanks for using FixYa. Error F 35 means ANALOG PRESSURE SENSOR FAILURE- If this failure is displayed then there is any malfunction of the component detected by the Steamer Electronic Board.

1. Check if pressure hose is fixed correctly.
2. Check if the air trap is not blocked.
3. Check if the hose is not blocked

If it still not works then it is a problem with the water level pressure switch operation. There could be a blockage in the air dome or pressure switch hose. The air dome is located on the back of the tub on the left hand side. If the pressure switch hose and the air dome are clear of any blockages, then there is an issue with the water level pressure switch.

Please do rate the solution if the issue is resolved or else post a comment for further assistance.

'Suds coming out of the washing machine'

Unfortunately, when the machine is used by tennants, it is not respected.
Firstly, checked the drawer is clear.
on the bottom right of the front plinth there is flap that will expose the pump filter (you may need pliers if it's tight) remove cap, preferably with a largish towel underneath the front of w/m. when cap removed get down and have a good look in the pump and check nothing is trapped in the impellor.
If the hose is connected to spigot under the sink, remove and check this isn't blocked. remove the spigot both from the sink and the grey hose of the w/m to ensure a thorough check for blockages.
I run a 90 degree cycle every 4 weeks with the machine empty except for two capfuls of baby sterilisng fluid (approx half a mug) I buy stores own as it is cheaper than miltons. I run the maintenance wash religiously ever 4 weeks and run a machine descaler such as oust thru every 4-6 months (ps don't be tempted to use bleach as it foams up and can cause more problems!!)
The other options are that the user is overdosing the detergent or using an inappropriate detergent (washing up liquid, twintub powder or bleach) although I'll lay bets that they're not going to admit that to you. Good Luck, hope this helps.

F02 error then suds error

Removed the hose going to the pressure switch. When I blew in it, it was plugged. Blowing on it removed what ever blockage going to the tub. It cycled fine after that.

Kenmore Elite

check the drain hose to make sure it is not kinked or obstructed, make sure that the connections at the water pump are tight, check te pump for any foreign objects, if all is good with these test replace the pump.

the f code is telling you that there is a long drain time a blockage, if all is good in the drain line then if the pump is running, then if nothing is found in the pump foreign then the pump has a problem
